To whom it may concern, I tried the link in the automatic message and it does not work. (I wish people would check these before they send them out.)

The message also states "add the package name in the text box next to the word Package" but I can't find such a thing either. What is going on here? I, for one, would like to see Canonical management get these things working correctly. Users are continually left in the dark.
