Binary package hint: logrotate
Hi kubuntu package maintainers!
The version currently coming with kubuntu 6.0.6 is logrotate 3.7.1-2.
The current version seems to be 3.7.4-7 and the latest 'upstream release' is 3.7.3-1, dated Sat Nov 12 2005.
I'm mainly missing the 'yearly' option:
* Thu Aug 18 2005 Peter Vrabec <pvrabec@redhat.com> 3.7.2-2
- allow yearly rotations(#134612)
But there were also numerous bug fixes according to the changelog at
http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/fedora/devel/x86_64/logrotate-3.7.4-7.x86_64.html .
