hi Alberto, I too have experienced this, the problem is that LMMS uses a white background with a black font , but if you use a Ubuntu dark theme then the fonts will be white, resulting in a white background (lmms) and a white font (ubuntu dark theme).
The workaround is either to use a Ubuntu theme with black/dark font or edit your ubuntu themes :- tooltips - text to a colour other than white :) ( any colour that will show against both black and white)
