We have packaged llvm-toolchain-10 pre-release snapshot.
It is now available in focal on amd64 and arm64.
It currently fails to build from source on armhf, ppc64el, s390x.

We need to fixup packaging bugs there.

We are most likely to have llvm-toolchain-10, but I don't know yet if it will be switched to be the default llvm or not.
