Version: Bionic, 18.04

Run the following command

$ clang-format
clang-format: command not found

Only clang-format-6.0 exists, see the dependency package https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/clang-format/filelist

Fix is to add the appropriate symlink.
