To continue with meaningless complaints, I think Matthias is right.
We want packagers to explicitly use version X or Y of LLVM.
If they want to use the recommended version of LLVM, they just have to depend on the "llvm" package.

If you think we are wrong, please provide an example where the alternatives would improve the overall solution.
