I also booted the resulting Core image on a Jetson AGX Orin, I had to try a couple of times, not sure why, perhaps quirks with the BIOS and me trying to boot from a SD card reader, but eventually I got the installer prompt from Ubuntu Core, albeit I didn't manage to progress it, I think it demonstrates a good starting point for the image – might still have to address the kernel/userspace etc.
