Verification done for Mantic now.

 * Successfully built image with LXD preseeded with these changes
 * confirmed LXD is preseeded/installed and works as expected.
 * Confirmed that preseeding other snap like google-cloud-cli for example in the GCE images continues to preseed as expected.
