More information about this bug: I did an update some days ago and my computer was able to shutdown after this one.

Unfortunately, after this only one successful shutdown I came back to the same situation: unable to shutdown my computer.

I'm gonna install another Ubuntu 12.04 on my pc to test safely the latest upstream kernel in few days.
