I've tested this latest kernel with the XPS 13 utlrabook and 12.04 32 bit. It works, but now it's the opposite problem. It stops working after a suspend (sleep). When using hibernate, same thing happened and I saw the following error message:

reconnect: unable to query Trackpad hardware
