I found a warkaround: disabling wifi N by adding option "noht=1" (No High Throughput) when loading the module.

$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/carl9170_wifi.conf
options carl9170 noht=1

You also can test nohwcrypt=1 it the first option didn't helped.
