Comment 9 for bug 950413

I've just reported this upstream, since the bug is present in the latest mainline, and I could not find any upstream reports about this bug. The mantainers at the linux-bluetooth mailing list were already informed about this bug on April 2012, but I could not find any reply: http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/1279113 and http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-bluetooth/msg23498.html So I reported this on the kernel.org bugzilla.
