All bluetooth connections seem to stall after certain period of time (seen from dmesg) - this alone makes file transfers, etc impossible, although there might be other problems too.

The connection will always stall after 10 rounds. The pinged device is Samsung Galaxy S phone. When the same is being pinged from another computer, also running Ubuntu, the connection stays stable until aborted.
