Some more information:

- Sometimes webcam led is completely off and the problem doesn't bother me
- When it happens led shines brightly when login screen appears and after second or two the led becomes dim for a long time
- I am able to switch the led off by running (and closing then) Cheese, Skype Settings, guvcview or any other software which really uses webcam (including ffmpeg and mencoder)
