the only way that I have been able to fix this bug is the following:
echo "options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=0" | sudo tee -a
/etc/modprobe.d/iwl.conf
this works and every time that I upgrade to a newer version of Ubuntu
or any other Linux disto I have to put this into terminal and reboot. i
believe that this is for 12.04 and higher.
