Kernel panic when "Securly remove device" from Unity

Bug Description

Kernel panic occured when I remove my USB Harddrive "securly" from the Unity applet. The removable device is a Lenovo Thinkpad USB Portable Secure Hard Drive - 320GB which works perfeclty with kernel < 3.0

I don't know if the automatic log attachement put a log in which we can see the error...

We have noted that there is a newer version of the development kernel than the one you last tested when this issue was found. Please test again with the newer kernel and indicate in the bug if this issue still exists or not.

If the bug still exists, change the bug status from Incomplete to Confirmed. If the bug no longer exists, change the bug status from Incomplete to Fix Released.

Looks like a duplicate of bug 844957. Could you test the kernel in comment #20 of that bug?

Ok the kernel patch posted here https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/844957 at comment #20 solved the problem. So seems this is a duplicate.
