Comment 30 for bug 872652

I applied the patched kernel last night to my Dell Studio 1558 and unfortunately saw the same issue occur again. I'm not sure if there was something else I needed to do, but at the moment it doesn't seem like the patched kernel solves the issue in all cases. What information can I capture to help the diagnosis?
