My answer #22 was true, but since update a few minutes ago to
linux-image-2.6.38-10-generic 2.6.38-10.46
after reboot screen went black twice, no shortcuts helped, hard reset necessary.
sysolg says again:

Need to mention pc wasn't rebooted since 10 days, it was always suspended and resumed fine.
