try to deactivate/activeate mouse again if it failed.

Trackpoint is disconnected caused by failing to deactivate parent mouse ( synaptics in T460p).

Many functions deactivate parent mouse without checking the return value.
So try to deactivate mouse again when it failed.
It works.
