Every new Ubuntu release have a new kernel and the kernel is known to
regress from release to release so I don't think its specifically a
problem in Unity. though it might be really helpful if someone also
try the classic ubuntu session and see if the problem happens there as
well so that we can rule out Unity as the cause.
