There is one thing that helped me with this problem. You can set lower APM value with sudo hdparm -B 128 /dev/sda (default value is 254). After this your hdd should stay around 40-48 degrees. But it's not solution, because with lower APM value your hdd will spin down/up quite often, therefore load/unload cycle count will be extensively raised.
