I did have same problem:
You can do this workaround:
add in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf this line
"blacklist atl1c"
and do in terminal:
"sudo update-initramfs -u"
I found this in forum and it works for me. I just repeat this, I don't understand the mechanism behind that.
