Yes, disabling TSO does not help anymore.
It is still not reproducable but happens way too often.

I can rmmod/modprobe the module after it has stalled, but this does not result in a working interface I dmesg'ed after stalling, rmmod, modprobe

Notice that the enw Interface is eth1, not eth0 as it should be, and its adress is FF:FF:FF...
