I have the same problem on my Satellite Pro U200. After disabling bluetooth with "rfkill block bluetooth", I get these "toshiba_bluetooth: Re-enabling Toshiba Bluetooth" messages every 5 seconds.

Are there alternative ways to disable bluetooth?
