BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 00000014

Problem occurred after the installation of the virtual machine manager and last command used has been "kvm-ok". The command was executed and reported that the kvm acceleration can be used. The system reported the stability problem say 30 seconds later. It could be a hardware problem, since virtualbox also crashes if AMD-V is used. Virtualbox also detects AMD-V is present and defaults using it, but it crashes if really used. The computer is a Dell Inspiron 1521 with a 64 bit dual core AMD Athlon X2 on 1.8 gHz
