this issue accord after the upgrade to the latest alpha in natty, issue didnt occur on first two reboots after the upgrade has happen everytime since

this issue is still occurring even with the upgrade to 2.6.38-6 kernel

when booting into unity the desktop crashes to a black screen with a call trace. i can boot to the classic desktop which prompts me to report the issue
