It took Few days to confirm the Bug and Its reason But Finally I Reached a work around for this:

1- What happens is that most of the times (on some machines probably) when we enable File sharing it adds an unwanted or rather disturbing package named as "SAMBA Support for Unix Old Servers and Clients" This blocks the Wireless Network due to some conflict with Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Network Manager

2-(Workaround) Simply Go to Ubuntu Software Center and Select Installed Software, Then Type SAMBA in Search bar.

3-Remove The Package that is for Unix Marked as "SAMBA Support for Old UNIX servers and clients"

4 I am making an attachment here so One may check that only the packages mentioned in the Screenshot Image shall be installed and are enough for simple file sharing over the Ubuntu to Ubuntu Network and anything else in that list generated as a result of Search "SAMBA" shall be removed

5- Suggestion: The SAMBA Support for Unix Servers / Clients ; if incompatible and unwanted with Ubuntu Network manager then It shouldn't have been added there.

Hope somebody will fix this Bug Soon.

Till then Use This workaround above and if any clarification is required by anyone, you can send me a mail on email add. mentioned in my profile
