By the way - I just added a iSCSI volume to the aforementioned system, as well as a first attempt at installing CLVM. Perhaps this has something to do with it? The iSCSI volume was configured with LVM and XFS then mounted and unmounted. The volume was enlarged (using LVM and XFS tools) then dismounted.
