Just upgraded to #39, and I was lucky this time:
mart@Bluebird:~$ runlevel
N 2
mart@Bluebird:~$ uname -a
Linux Bluebird 2.6.32-24-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jul 28 05:14:15 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux

First boot was ok, while #38 always failed.
