I installed Lucid Lynx server on D945GCLF2 with boot option "AGP=off" from usb cdrom to pendrive as /
Problem (I think) is intel driver in the kernel, not EHCI module for usb

booting with agp=off in grub was fine but no Xserver
Nobody has recompiled kernel for this board?

Another solution is install Lucid with USB 2.0 disabled in BIOS
