I used the new Kernel v2.6.37-rc6 on my Ubuntu and everything works fine!
Updating a kernel is very easy:
Step 1)
Download the following files from here http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v2.6.37-rc6-natty/
- "linux-headers-all.deb"
- "linux-headers-i386.deb"(if you are running a intel cpu) or "linux-headers-amd64.deb "(if you are running a amd cpu)
- "linux-image-i386.deb" or linux-image-amd64.deb"
Step 2)
Install the files(just double-click) in the same order as listed above!
