Ok as per that i guess acpi_integer is U64 so that should be ok, but as per http://www.acpica.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=824 acpi_integer is obsolete , though it seems to be valid in 2.6.32 it is obsolete in the latest linux source. Thats my guess. For now using acpi_integer seems fine.
Obviously i am a hardcore java developer who doesnt care about 32 or 64 :)
