Same problem on my Medion Akoya mini E1210 with Intel 945GM with 10.2' 1024*600 screen.
But only when plugging in the external monitor (19' 1280*1024) after boot. Works fine if monitor is connected before boot, but then crashes if I press FN+F2 (=switch screen) twice.
