Bug Description
After putting karmic on my laptop, the webcam stopped working on cheese and gstreamer-
I went to the webcam help site, and i tried putting this in the terminal:
mplayer tv:// -tv driver=
the webcam then started to work again and gave this output:

I reinstalled ubuntu as a 32 bit version, and i still have the same problem
