Then it's a duplicate of bug #396220.

Please also upload acpidump.
If your BIOS is rather old, pls update the BIOS.
If things are still broken, pls also upload acpidump of the updated BIOS.

Do you run sensor tools to read fan/temperature?
If yes, you should disable that first, maybe it's that.
