Looks fine. That your temperature is 60C seem to come from some kind of offset used in ACPI, I doubt that 127 C is the real critical trip point.

If the machine freezes can you still press keys, e.g. switch to console 10 by:
CTRL-ATL-F10 ?
Can you also double check the rest: not running sensors, e.g. uninstalling (also libsensors).
You can also already start to remove ACPI modules.
