I still need to figure out how to make nvidia drivers work with it, possibly just an ABI bump. And figure out what needs to be done to change the package name. But it builds, uploads to LP, and two of the three architectures have built successfully there, so I expect by the time most of you read this all three will have built successfully.
This conflicts with the main kernel, unfortunately, so to uninstall it:
aptitude purge linux-image-2.6.31-12-generic
aptitude install linux-image-generic
