Binary package hint: network-manager

On my Dell Vostro 1320 laptop with Intel 5100 wireless using the iwlagn driver, nm-applet reports wireless is disabled when the switch is in the on-position. There is nothing in dmesg about the radio killswitch and wicd works, ruling out hardware issue. It was working 10 days ago at -6 kernel so I think this is a regression from recent changes.
