Comment 48 for bug 410285

I am seeing what looks very much like this issue on a Dell Latitude E6410 running Quantal (previously with Precise). I get a hard hang (caps lock LED does not respone) reasonably repeatably after docking *with the laptop screen open* and moving the mouse. I tried installing a self-built kernel with panic-on-hard-hang enabled, but it sadly failed to panic. Is there any way I can check whether this is indeed the same issue? If so, can I provide any useful information which is not already available?
