Unfortunately, no. You will have to recompile your custom kernel with the security patches as they come out. The easiest alternative I've seen is kernelcheck. It will show newer kernel versions and patches. It basically does everything for you. I will probably use this with 9.10, or until my DSDT bugs get fixed. There is a .deb file on the downloads page.
