HI,

I could apply the 2.6.30 acpi-dsdt-initrd Patch from http://gaugusch.at/kernel.shtml to latest Karmic Kernel.

It works:

[ 0.026350] ACPI: Checking initramfs for custom DSDT
[ 0.307090] ACPI: Found DSDT in DSDT.aml.
[ 0.307099] ACPI: Override [DSDT-ODEM ], this is unsafe: tainting kernel
[ 0.307108] ACPI: Table DSDT replaced by host OS
