I've build a new kernel with my patched DSDT file.

CONFIG_ACPI_CUSTOM_DSDT_FILE="/etc/acpi/DSDT.hex"
CONFIG_ACPI_CUSTOM_DSDT=y

Now i've got myself a quiter laptop. But it would be nice that it can be done without a kernel build.
