I do also have this problem.

My system:
Ubuntu Lucid latest updates.
Linux tball-laptop 2.6.32-24-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP Mon Jul 5 09:20:59 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 with fglrx 9.7.
Ram: 4Gb
CPU: Intel C2D

I have attached my dmesg, from the power-up procedure.
It mostly happens after third suspend. Never the first suspend.
