Alex,
     As the originator of this particular bug, I'd like to see if you have tested this against the lastest Alpha3 or daily build of Lucid. I'd like to get this bug in front of the Kernel Engineers if possible. Have you also been able to verify that this is an issue in the mainline kernel build? I am interested to see what your testing yields.
