Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4 Mainboard + Intel Core2 Duo CPU, Nvidia binary drivers and this is the result after a suspend/resume cycle

This seems to be the same issue you reported in bug 363306. I'd marked bug 363306 a duplicate of bug 324894. I'll go ahead and mark this as a duplicate of that bug as well. Thanks.
