Seeing this issue on my Lenovo x301 in Karmic Alpha 4 w/latest updates as of 08-26. I end up turning of wireless in Network Manager, doing a 'modprobe -r iwlagn', followed by a 'modprobe iwlagn', and turning wireless back on to resolve it.
