I can confirm this bug. On intrepid, wireless was working perfectly. I could work around it by turning on and off "flight mode" on my laptop, which restarted the wireless connections.

On my system, "sudo apt-get install wicd" fixed the issue. Let me know if you would like me to run any specific commands for debug output.
