Rui, it is best for the bugs to be reported here on the Ubuntu bug-tracker in the first instance since they may be related to Ubuntu Sauce or other patches to the kernel, or may even be some by-product of user-space tools and configuration.
If after we've analysed a report we can be sure there is an upstream issue that is still current we'll open a report on the relevant bug-tracker (or find an existing report) and link it from here.
I don't want to be chasing back and forth from Launchpad to kernel.org trying to analyse an issue.
