Now _that_ is a step forward! Stupid me. So not the wmi driver is broken. It was not used before. But the acpi driver does not handle the laptop anymore. Ok, one more thing then. Regardless from which kernel. Please add the output of "sudo acpidump -o acpidump.txt". Thanks.
