I have just updated this HP Pavilion DV7-1003eo laptop bios version to latest F.41 and it has solved this problem. Keyboard and touchpad now work after hibernate.

I have yet tested little stability with this update, but it has solved input device problem I originally created for this laptop and for now it seems that this laptop model is fully compatible with Ubuntu 9.04
